It is dealing with requests in chronological order based on time of receipt. An access-to-documents coordinator will inform you when your procedure starts.
EMA is currently operating under business continuity measures to ensure its operational continuity during the?Coronavirus disease (COVID-19)?pandemic. Whilst EMA is making every effort to process all access- to-documents requests as soon as possible, due to these exceptional circumstances and to ensure a manageable flow of all access-to-documents requests from all requesters in a fair, timely and consistent way, the following approach now applies:?

The current arrangements are in line with EMA's policy on access to documents. This states that the Agency will apply the principle of proportionality in order not to jeopardise core business tasks and its performance due to workload related to activities within Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.
